The Experts Council on International Relations (ECIR) is an information and analytical platform covering a wide range of actual issues of the international agenda.
Analysis of current international events, world trends in politics and the economy will be presented within the framework of the platform.
ECIR brings together specialists and experts, as well as young researchers.
Within the framework of ECIR, a separate priority is given to the work with young specialists. We believe that the voice of young researchers and scientists should be heard more often. New proposals and a fresh look open up new prospects for building effective models of interaction in the framework of fast changing international relations.
Vision
Achievements in the field of science and technology, as well as the humanistic ideals of building a new, safer and more justified world, could not prevent a deep crisis in international relations in the modern world.
Our initiative group considers it important, in this period, to continue efforts to create conditions for a constructive dialogue between participants in international relations, by involving a wide range of experts and specialists.
One of the platforms for such a dialogue is Armenia, which has a historical and civilizational resources, as well as human capital.
Work Items
The main work items should be formed on the basis of:
- Active public diplomacy
- A civilizational approach as an effective basis for building bilateral and multilateral contacts
- Education and scientific practice as a key factor in the development and enlightenment of society
- Involvement of experts
